Dan’s to Die For Bar-b-que Recipe

2 cups ketchup

½ medium onion, minced

½ cup Worcestershire sauce

2 minced cloves of garlic

1/3 cup lemon juice

1 T unsulfered molasses

1 T malt vinegar

2 t kosher salt

2 t mustard

1 t crushed red pepper

1 t Tabasco

½ t thyme

Combine all ingredients in a medium non-reactive

saucepan and simmer low for 10-30 minutes to blend

the flavors. Remove from heat and let cool. You can

refrigerate for up to a week.
